I've had bacterial vaginosis in the past. My symptoms appeared after masses sexual intercourses with a new partner- my symptoms were: fishy odor after sex, white milky discharge on his penis when he pulled it out, itching, burning, of late overall irritation. I didn't diagnose myself, my gyno did and along wiht it was tested for other STD's and I was fine. Anyway, the last time I have sex he had the same white discharge on his penis and it was alot ( resembling when I had BV)...I do not have the fishy odor but the only point is its ITCHING so bad! thats my main complaint!! I tried some monitat in casing it was a yeast infection and it didnt help at all....do you ruminate my BV has returned? :( Is it possible to have BV without the most adjectives symptom? (the odor?) note: my sex partner hasnt changed...same guy. and i tested 3 weeks ago for STD's and I have none, so that cant be it. highly doubt its a UTI. Ive have 2 in my life and it felt NOTHING similar to this. and I always always pee after sex.

It could be early BV, or similar to someone else said, it could be a yeast infection. Then again, it could just be extra heavy discharge. Make a dr's appt. and if you have BV again bring in sure your doc writes a prescription for your partner as well. While men do not show symptoms, they do carry that bacteria and it can reinfect you over and over.
