Why do auto companies trepidation consumers won't buy their electric cars?

Answer: study the movie "Who killed the electric car" for free on youtube. that's just an excuse they use because the oil companies payment the auto companies large sums of money NOT TO MAKE electric cars. the oil companies don't wanna go out of business, so they discharge auto companies...and EVEN POLITICIANS! did you know electric car's existed in the 70's, 90's and even before gasoline cars where doing a tour? 1990's: gm made an electric car under saturn. toyota made an electric rav4. ford made an electric ranger pick up, and "think" sedan. honda also made an electric vehicle. but they were adjectives scrapped in the early 00's. because the grease companies stuffed cash in they're mouth. now they're describing you "ohhh, electric car's are harder to produce" or "there's no demand for it". there's no demand for it ONLY BECAUSE they're telling you not to seize one! instead they go, "here, take this beautiful chevy tahoe, its so secure just because its really big!" there are lots of small electric car companies out in attendance, two companies to keep an eye on are zenn and tesla. i have a feeling zenn will be particularly big in the future. they're a canadian companay, they currently only craft one vehicle that's capable of speeds up to 40 km/h (not sure how many miles per hour.). but in the drip, they're comming up with a highway capable car beside 400 km range (250 miles) and can fully recharge in...FIVE MINUTES! tesla also makes an exotic electric sports coup¨¦. lots of big names like arnol schwar...however you spell his name, the will.i.am, etc hold one. it has one gear, and can reach 60 mph in 3.7 second. also has a range of 250 miles. electric car's are everywhere, people are even converting electric cars within they're own garages. i'm planning on doing that later on. i wanna get a job to fund my little project! and you know what? most home made electric car's enjoy much better range than that stupid chevy volt that claims to be an eco friendly car...it still burns gas and its range is rediculous. instead of putting contained by a gas engine to recharge batteries, why can't they invest money in creating better battery technology? i aim, the volt has a range of 40 miles or something. and the gasoline engine is supposed to increase the range to 300 something...if two small electric vehicle manufacture can make cars at 250 mile range, why can't chevy develop better batteries that can win 500 miles per charge? instead they choose to put in a gas engine...oil companies told them to do that? maybe. i know that surrounded by the future, majority of cars will be electric. electrics are just win win situations! cheaper to run, lower maintainence, better acelleration due to more torque, so can also haul heavier trailers.
