It depends on what you're referring to in comfort. Are you talking head and leg room or ride trait or heating and air conditioning? As for head and leg room electric cars are like as another car. Whatever the designers decided to give you is what you grasp. Purpose built EV's have been designed to put the batteries contained by positions that provide the maximum space. Many EV conversions have to sacrifice the back seat and/or the trunk for battery. Ride quality again is the same as any other car.
