Welcome to the marketing age. While I agree completely that all the ad and popups are annoying they are here to stay. Unfortunately, Domain names, webspace, and bandwidth cost money. When someone uses your car and evades police capture after a traffic defilement, the police find YOU; so you better have a good explanation. My warning is this. If you procure SPAM and buy from that message, you are only encouraging that form of advertisement and WE will all win MORE. So use the REPORT SPAM button.
