Anyone know how to bring back "public records" from Illinois circuit clerks?

Ford and Champaign counties in particular.

Where can I find public documents 100%...

I used to work as a circuit court clerk in Ky. Go to the country court house and tell them what you want to review. They will any show you how to do it or look it up for you. You can also send in a MO and tell them what you stipulation and they will mail it back to you. I would advise doing your own research. Not because they will rumple but because if you are doing research you can find all kinds of good stuff.

how can I find contained by public...

yep go surrounded by and fill out the Freedom of information paperwork if you have any question contact your local quality newspaper and talk to a reporter they will know what paperwork you would need because they do it all the time to return with access to court records and police reports
