The infection is not bad at adjectives, and I started the treatment on Tuesday and feel great! But is it too early for swimming? I am going camping this weekend, and it would be a bummer if I couldn't swim near everyone else...

It's not like you are contaminating the river and the water is not going to harm it. It's like taking a shower or tub. Just make sure you keep it clean while camp and finish all the medication.
