my husband and i both have a yeast infection, i have a really bad diet of unwanted items food and soda which i know can cause YI's, is there any home remedies for us both we can do in the comfort contained by are own home?? I am going to take monistat, but does eating yogurt help the munificent with the active cultures?? And acidophilus work if we took that?? PLEASE I NEED HELP!!
