Get some acidophilus pills. They are the bacteria in yogurt that helps near the infection. Taking one is like eating a TON of yogurt. If you take them regularly you won't capture yeast infecitons period. It's great and they're cheap/available at walmart. They can also be put down there, but it's messy. Helpful, but messy.this really does work! buy some plain yogurt, Nancy's yogurt works well.
